Fabrizio Cesario
Fabrizio is a Partner of Toscafund Asset Management and the Co-Head of Tosca Private Growth Fund, which partners with founder-led, disruptive digital businesses across European mid-market financials.
Prior to that, Fabrizio was a Partner and a Member of the Investment Committee at AnaCap Financial Partners where he headed the Investment Group.
Before joining AnaCap, Fabrizio held several positions in Investment Banking, including as Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group at Lazard and Lehman Brothers, where he advised financial institutions on numerous transactions across banking, insurance and specialty finance.
Fabrizio holds an M.B.A from Simon School, University of Rochester, where he was a Fullbright Scholar. Previously, he earned an Economics degree from the University of Palermo, where he graduated cum laude.
George Koulouris
George is a Partner of Toscafund Asset Management and the Co-Head of Tosca Private Growth Fund, which partners with founder-led, disruptive digital businesses across European mid-market financials.
Prior to that, he was a Managing Director in the investment group at AnaCap Financial Partners, the deputy CEO of Marfin Investment Group an SEE investment and holding company and has worked in the Financial Institutions Groups of Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse and UBS, where he advised on numerous transactions across banking, insurance and specialty finance.
George holds an M.B.A from INSEAD and a First Class Honors in Business Economics from Queen Mary, University of London.
Ugo Vitali
Ugo is a Principal of Toscafund Asset Management and part of the Tosca Private Growth Fund.
Prior to that, Ugo was a member of the Investment Group at AnaCap, where he was active in the sourcing and execution of investments across the whole spectrum of financial services in Europe. Previously, Ugo worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the European Financial Institutions Group, executing a number of transactions (M&A, DCM, ECM) across Europe with a particular focus on banking, specialty finance and asset/wealth management.
Ugo has an MSc in Investment Management from CASS Business School where he graduated with distinction and a BSc in Business Administration and Management from Bocconi University where he graduated summa cum laude.
Florent Cohu
Florent is an Investment Associate at Toscafund Asset Management, and part of the Tosca Private Growth Fund team.
Prior to Toscafund, Florent started his career at J.P. Morgan as Investment Banking Analyst within the Financial Institutions Group in London. During his time at J.P. Morgan, Florent executed a number of transactions - including mergers, acquisitions, and other equity and debt financings – across fintech, insurance, asset management, banking and specialty finance.
Florent holds a Master in Management from HEC Paris (major in Finance) where he graduated with distinction.
